Phone Detection: Detects if the player has an equipped phone number, if it doesn't find one then they get it in the form of a notify instead.
Announcement Delivery: Listens for txAdmin's Announcement panel event and sends it to every online player instead of the default on-screen banner.
Author Tag: Shows which admin sent the announcement in the notification title.
Configurable Branding: The phone app name and notification title are set in config.lua so they can be changed without touching the code.
Error Safe: lb-phone calls are wrapped in pcall so if lb-phone errors for one player it won't stop the rest of the players getting notified.
